Academic CentreDance ensemble "Dancītis" of the University of Latvia was founded in 1975 and has been uniting people of all ages with the love for dance. "Dancītis" is like big, friendly family, where everyone who is near and dear to dance can enjoy their time together.
Every year, "Dancītis" shares its joy of dancing both in extensive concert programs in Riga, and all around Latvia, as well as across the borders. Every autumn, the dance ensemble welcomes smiling, energetic and new friends who want to dance with them.
"Dance unites us, recharges us, makes us strong and happy!" chant the dancers of "Dancītis".
