The mixed choir "Jubilate" of the University of Latvia graduates was founded in 2006, and currently unites around 60 active singers. The choir's artistic director and chief conductor is Professor Juris Klavins, with Andris Mockus and Armands Leja serving as choirmasters. The concert master of "Jubilate" is Ilze Dzerve, honorary professor of Jazeps Vitols's Academy of Music of Latvia. 

The choir's repertoire includes original music by Latvian composers, arrangements of Latvian folk songs, and compositions by foreign composers. Also spiritual music holds a significant place in their performances. The choir regularly participates in the National Latvian Song and Dance Festival, the Baltic students' Song and Dance Festival, as well as various international competitions and cultural friendship tours in Estonia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Sweden, India and Kazakhstan. In 2024 choir "Jubilate" won the Grand Prix at the International mixed choir festival in Moldova.
